They need to improve my life in some way, such as saving me time or protecting my stuff; they need to be easy to set up; and they have to be affordable. TP-Link products are frequent residents atop our editors’ best-of lists, including the best Wi-Fi routers and best home security cameras. For this reason, they meet my criteria, and what’s more, thanks to the frenzy of Black Friday deals, they’re even more affordable than ever, with discounts across dozens of TP-Link products on Amazon right now. Here are the items I’m adding to my cart.

I purchased this exact Wi-Fi extender over four years ago when I started working from my garden (hey, it was the pandemic) and it’s still going strong.
