They have a beautiful sheen because they’re polished and pre-seasoned, meaning you’ll be able to cook with them after a quick rinse, and they’re also free of any PFOA coatings that some consumers like to avoid. The heat retention and distribution are top-notch, and these skillets will be equally powerful when used on outdoor campfires and portable grills as they would be in your indoor range or oven. The pans also come with scrapers to help get dried food and oil off when cleaning.
