Winter meals are all about providing comfort. You know what we’re talking about. They need to be hearty, warm, and preferably as low-effort as possible. Between the meatloaf, lasagna, stews, and pasta dishes, we have plenty of comforting dinners to enjoy all season long—though not all of them are as effortless as we sometimes need them to be. That’s when this two-ingredient dish that one of our staff members swears by comes in. After you hear about it, I guarantee you’ll be making this dish all season long.
Costco’s Bibigo Mini Wontons
According to our Senior Community Manager, Ansley Emmet, the quick and easy comfort meal she’s leaning into all season long begins with an item from Costco: Bibigo Mini Wontons in Chicken and Cilantro flavor. Pair the mini wontons with your broth of choice, and there you have it—a cozy winter meal made with two ingredients. “Costco’s mini wontons elevate any broth, and it only takes five minutes for a delicious flavorful soup,” says Emmet. In fact, she plans on “eating this all winter long.”
While this no-fuss winter meal is perfect on its own, you could always add any leftover vegetables or herbs you might have in the fridge. Plus, the wontons come in a 3-pound bag so you’ll have plenty to enjoy for more than one night.
Find the Bibigo Mini Wontons in the frozen section at your local Costco. Prices will vary depending on your location but we found them for a little over $12 per bag through Instacart in the New York area.
