The “naughty cut” trailer opens with Sienna recalling her encounter with Art, whom she suspects is still alive. The footage includes a series of intense scenes, such as an attack on a couple in the shower, violence in a mall, and a disturbing nativity display. Saving the best for last, the preview then wraps up with a glimpse of the inevitable showdown between Sienna and Art.

This time, the story shifts from Halloween to Christmas, with Art the Clown dressed as Santa Claus. Leone told Empire that the violence in this installment surpasses that of the previous films. David Howard Thornton, who plays Art, teased a particularly intense and “controversial” scene, saying, “People are gonna be surprised by the depravity that we get up to in that scene.”

The cast of Terrifier 3 includes returning actors Lauren LaVera as Sienna, Samantha Scaffidi as Victoria Heyes, Elliot Fullam as Jonathan Shaw, and Chris Jericho as Adam Burke. New additions include Daniel Roebuck as Santa Claus and Jason Patric.

Alongside the film, Terrifier 2 is set to receive a novelization on October 8. A few days after that, Terrifier 3 is scheduled for release on October 11. The film will have a theatrical run before being made available across multiple platforms, including the Screambox streaming service.
