It’s a battle between two first-place teams tonight for Sunday Night Football. The 7-1 Lions lead the NFC North, and the 6-3 Texans sit atop the AFC South. The Lions are led by veteran QB Jared Goff and second-year running-back Jahmyr Gibbs, with contributions from wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown, tight end Sam LaPorta and veteran back David Montgomery. The Texans, in contrast, are led by a second-year QB in C.J. Stroud and veteran running back Joe Mixon. With their top two receivers injured, they’ll look for greater contributions from receiver Tank Dell and tight end Dalton Schultz.

The Lions-Texans game kicks off tonight at 8:20 p.m. ET (5:20 p.m. PT). It’s available to watch nationally on NBC or stream on Peacock.
