Earlier this year, the popular legal drama Suits finally released on Blu-ray following a huge resurgence in popularity after being added to Netflix. The 35-disc collection contains all 134 episodes as well as a bunch of special features. In the lead-up to Prime Day 2024, Amazon has dropped the price of Suits: The Complete Series to $75. Considering it launched in March for $110–Walmart sold out at that price–this is a deal fans should pay attention to.
$75 (was $110)
The full Suits series has seen physical releases before, but the new Blu-ray collection is packed with special features that dedicated fans will want to check out, including a new extended version of the pilot episode, multiple behind-the-scenes featurettes on the production of the show, deleted scenes, commentary tracks on select episodes featuring the cast and producers, and more. Each of the show’s nine seasons gets its own Blu-ray box, and the whole collection comes in a special collector’s box featuring promo shots of the cast.
Suits follows the careers of Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), senior attorney at the prestigious Pearson Hardman law firm, and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), a new associate attorney hired by Specter for his photographic memory and legal knowledge despite not having a college degree or attending law school. The show also includes great performances from Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) and Meghan Markle (Rachel Zane), also known as the Duchess of Sussex.
The show’s nine seasons are packed with interpersonal drama between the many lawyers and assistants who work for Pearson Hardman and the wealthy corporate clients the firm represents. While Suits earned respectable ratings during its original cable TV run from 2011-2019, the series experienced a boom in popularity this year on streaming services like Netflix, Peacock, and Prime Video.
