Sam’s Club Thanksgiving Meal for Under $100

Estimated read time 3 min read

If you’ve ever hosted Thanksgiving dinner, you know how much work goes into it: hours upon hours of prepping, cooking and basting. It’s a whole bunch of work just to have dinner over in 30 minutes—and we won’t even mention the cleanup.

Sam’s Club feels your pain! That’s why they’re offering a pre-cooked Thanksgiving meal ready to serve in less than two hours. It’s priced under $100 for up to ten people and is available for delivery.

Sound too good to be true? Here’s what you need to know.

Here’s What You Get

All the items are Sam’s Club’s private brand, Member’s Mark. But don’t be fooled into thinking the quality is lower than name brands. Crafted with real premium ingredients, this meal offers convenience without compromising quality.

The meal comes with most of your Thanksgiving basics, many of which are sold by the pound so you can get just what you need (although, who doesn’t like Thanksgiving leftovers?). It includes:

  • Member’s Mark smoked turkey
  • Member’s Mark Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
  • Member’s Mark pumpkin pie
  • Member’s Mark sweet potato mash
  • Member’s Mark Brussels sprouts
  • Member’s Mark yeast dinner rolls
  • Member’s Mark macaroni and cheese
  • Member’s Mark cranberry crunch salad

And there’s no need to stress out about the long holiday lines at checkout, either. Sam’s Club has got you covered. Either have the meal delivered to your home or go in-store and skip the checkout line by shopping with the Sam’s Club app’s Scan & Go feature. Download the app, scan each item’s barcode, check out online and enjoy a seamless exit.

An important heads up—if ordering online, you must add each item individually to your cart. But they’re all on the same page, so you won’t miss anything. And there is no pre-order option, so just order it close to Thanksgiving day.

If you’re worried about what your family will think about you buying a pre-cooked meal, just put the food into some pretty serving dishes and they’ll never know (and we won’t tell!). In fact, you might even be able to track down some pretty dishes for that purpose while you’re making your Sam’s Club run.

If your family is like mine, though, you have some traditional family dishes during the holidays that must appear on the table. For ours, it’s green bean casserole, pretzel salad (which is not a salad at all), cranberry sauce, sticky buns and scalloped corn. So while there will still be some cooking involved, buying this Sam’s Club meal will free up some time to make them with much less stress. Plus, you can always delegate family members to bring certain dishes—maybe even the ones you least enjoy making yourself.

While a few homemade dishes might make your Thanksgiving feel a little more traditional, relying on Sam’s slate of turkey and sides to get the main dishes sorted could definitely lower the stress level this holiday season. And with fewer things on your culinary to-do list, you can truly enjoy the day with family and friends—just remember to round out your grocery cart with some of our favorite Sam’s Club buys.
