Premium Domain Names for Sale at CrocoDom.com
This morning on X, Andy Booth reported the sale of Precise.ai for $110,000. He reportedly acquired the domain name for less than $10,000 a few months ago. It appears the domain name was sold via the Squadhelp platform:

Purchase price: Under $10k, a few months ago
This is one of the “premium” names I’m talking about in .ai. Who doesn’t want a precise AI product? Learn to recognize premium and you’ll do well!
I wouldn’t normally be all boasty like this,…

The Whois information for Precise.ai does not show a registrant name. In addition, the domain name still resolves to a Squadhelp landing page. As a result, at the time of publication, the buyer is not yet known.
Prior to this year, there were only two publicly reported six figure .AI sales recorded in NameBio (Music.ai and Expert.ai). So far this year, there have been six .AI domain name sales greater than $100,000. This $110,000 sale currently ranks as the sixth largest publicly reported .AI domain name sale.
The $700,000 sale of You.ai still ranks as the largest .AI domain name sale of all time – as of today. The buyer of You.ai, Dharmesh Shah, recently acquired Agent.ai in a private transaction. I would imagine that sale would be one of the top .AI domain name sales, but it remains private for now.
Andy Booth has been a proponent for .AI domain names on X / Twitter. He is an investor that is known for taking large but calculated risks on his domain investments.
.Ai is the new .io craze for domainers.
Great key word – PRECISE — fits the extension well too
