Last year was a big one for Oreo. Beyond adding flavors like Mint Chip Chocolate and Sour Patch Kids to the lineup, the brand also launched an array of products that had us racing to the store, including a cookie-flavored soda with Coca-Cola, a cereal, and a collection of baking mixes with Betty Crocker.

Now, Oreo is kicking off 2025 by once again teaming up with the iconic red spoon brand to offer a trio of baking mixes that are sure to sweeten up your new year.

Betty Crocker’s newest Oreo baking mixes

Betty Crocker is expanding its Oreo baking lineup with three new mixes: Oreo Baked Cheesecake, Oreo Cookie Pie, and Oreo Truffle. The box mixes are great for novice bakers and also those looking to save time since you don’t have to crush cookies or even measure ingredients.

The Oreo Baked Cheesecake Mix creates a layered dessert with a fudgy brownie base, swirled cheesecake, and Oreo cookie pieces. You’ll need to supply softened cream cheese and a few other staples for this baked dessert.

Whoopie pie lovers can look forward to the Oreo Cookie Pie Mix, which features a fluffy creme filling between two soft Oreo-flavored chocolate cookies.

The Oreo Truffle mix further simplifies an already easy dessert. The round treats are finished with a dusting of powdered sugar rather than being rolled one at a time in cocoa, offering a time-efficient yet impressive garnish. If you prefer a glossy coating, the truffles can be dipped in tempered chocolate, then rolled in sprinkles or Oreo crumbs.

In a recent Instagram post, food insider @Markie_devo shared the news with followers, and many were excited to see the expanded collection. “Love the Oreo mixes,” said one user. “I’ll definitely be making the truffles and the cheesecake.” Another wrote that “Betty Crocker [is] getting all fancy.”

The influencer also shared another new Oreo find, this time with Pillsbury—a red velvet cookie dough with Oreos that can be baked or eaten raw. The cookie dough is a limited-time release, so you’ll have to act fast.

The Betty Crocker mixes and Pillsbury cookie dough with Oreo have been seen at Walmart and Target but could be rolling out to more retailers in the coming weeks. If you can’t find the dry mixes in the baking aisle, be sure to check out the seasonal baking section at your store—I first spotted them next to the Valentine’s Day mixes, so it’s possible some locations may have them on a featured display.
