Olive Garden Just Brought Back 2 Fan-Favorite Pastas for a Limited Time

Fast food is convenient, but there are times when you want the dining-out experience to feel more special than what the Golden Arches can offer. This is where casual dining restaurants like Applebee’s, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden shine. The chains strike the perfect balance offering guests a relaxed atmosphere that can be dressed up or down, with a wide range of familiar comfort food dishes that won’t break the bank.

Last month, Olive Garden brought back two previously discontinued pasta favorites, and now two more beloved cheesy entrées are returning to menus.

Olive Garden Brings Back Four-Cheese Manicotti and Three-Meat Manicotti

Olive Garden’s Four-Cheese Manicotti and Three-Meat Manicotti are back, but only for a limited time. The Four Cheese Manicotti features a blend of Italian cheeses stuffed into a tender manicotti shell and covered with marinara and gooey mozzarella. The meat version is the same except it’s topped with a savory meat sauce loaded with chopped meatballs, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. Each meal includes two breadsticks and your choice of a soup or salad appetizer.

Olive Garden shared the news in a recent Instagram post and many were quick to voice their excitement and plans to try the returning dishes.

“These are superb. Please make them a permanent menu item!” begged one excited fan. “I am so happy that you brought this back!!!” echoed another.

Manicotti isn’t the only classic dish fans hoped to see return. “We wanted stuffed shells, besties,” quipped one user whose comment received 24 likes. Considering that both manicotti and stuffed shells have similar fillings, and the chain often takes fans’ requests into consideration, there’s a chance we could see shells make a comeback, but only time will tell.

Be sure to check online to see if your location is offering the stuffed dishes before you head to the restaurant. To do this, simply go to the Olive Garden website, put in your location, click to view the menu, and look under the “Fan Favorites” tab to see if the new offerings are available. And if you’re out of luck for now, we’ve got you covered with Olive Garden copycat entrées, including its famous salad, Zuppa Toscana, and yes–even breadsticks
