The second batch of Marvel and Star Wars shows from Disney+ are now available to preorder on both 4K Blu-ray and standard Blu-ray. All four new releases are set to arrive on April 30: The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Moon Knight, Star Wars: Andor, and Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi. Just like the first batch of Disney+ Blu-rays that released last year, these shows are available exclusively in collectible steelbook packaging and come with three art cards.
At the time of writing, preorders were only live at Walmart. Pricing is a bit odd at the moment, as two of the shows are currently more expensive on standard Blu-ray than their 4K counterparts. All of the 4K editions are going for $45 each, which is actually 10 bucks less than the list prices of The Mandalorian, Loki, and WandaVision. It’s possible these prices could go up. Walmart’s Blu-ray prices commonly change in the days after movies/shows become available to preorder.
Let’s take a closer look at all four of the upcoming releases. And if you still want to pick up last year’s releases, we’ve compiled a list below of all eight of the Disney+ Marvel and Star Wars physical editions on 4K and standard Blu-ray.
Disney+ shows on Blu-ray
$45
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier team up at the very end of Avengers: Endgame, and this collection follows their ensuing adventures through the first season of their spin-off show. It’ll be available on 4K UHD Blu-ray and standard Blu-ray, both of which come with a steelbook case and art cards. Along with the film, the physical release includes the Cap’s Shield featurette, a gag reel, deleted scenes, and Assembled: The Making of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
The 4K Blu-ray edition is available to preorder at Walmart for $45, and the standard Blu-ray is $40.
$45
The first season of Moon Knight follows in the footsteps of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, with 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray steelbook collections up for grabs. Along with the complete first season, you’ll get a featurette about the Egyptian mythology that inspired Moon Knight, a documentary about the making of Moon Knight, deleted scenes, a gag reel, and three art cards.
The 4K Blu-ray edition of Moon Knight is $45. At the moment, it’s actually cheaper to buy the 4K version–the standard Blu-ray is $49. It’s very likely the price for the standard will change to $40 soon.
$45
Set 10 years after Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi follows the eponymous Jedi as he embarks on a new adventure. Both the 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray steelbook collections include the complete run. The discs include a variety of featurettes, such as director’s commentary from Deborah Chow and a look at the lore behind the Inquisitors and Darth Vader. Along with the steelbook case, you’ll get a trio of collectible art cards.
Obi-Wan Kenobi’s steelbook edition is available for $45 at Walmart on 4K Blu-ray and $40 on standard Blu-ray.
$45
The final series getting a physical release is Andor. The 4K UHD and Blu-ray steelbook collections include the complete first season, three art cards, and five unique featurettes–including stories of ISB agent Dedra and a discussion about the origin of the Andor series.
Andor’s 4K Blu-ray release is up for preorder for $45. The standard Blu-ray is currently listed for $49, but it’ll almost certainly drop to the (correct) list price of $40 soon.
