Nestlé Toll House Takes Its Chocolate Chip Cookies Where They’ve Never Gone Before

When you think of making chocolate chip cookies, there’s probably one brand that immediately comes to mind—Nestlé Toll House. The Nestlé chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the semisweet morsels bag is arguably one of the most famous recipes in the world. Many of us have made it at least once—or, taken the even easier route and used the ready-to-bake dough that Nestlé Toll House sells in multiple formats.

Whether you make the famous Toll House recipe or use the store-bought shortcut, the cookies usually all come in the same shape: round. Sure, you can make chocolate chip cookie bars, but then they’re cookie bars, not cookies.

However, in a new partnership with legendary quarterback Peyton Manning, Nestlé is bringing you chocolate chip cookies in an unusual format, and no, they won’t be in the shape of a football. Instead, they’ll take the shape of one of football’s best tailgating snacks.

Cookie nachos aren’t the wildest food mashup we’ve seen, not by a long shot. Insomnia Cookies makes a version, and there are tons of TikTok videos showing creators making cookies into a tortilla chip shape and topping them with frosting instead of cheese or creating a chocolate dip instead of queso. 

But Nestlé has never officially had cookie nachos until Peyton Manning got on board. 

“Nestlé Toll House chocolate chip cookies hold special memories for me from my football career, when my wife Ashley used to bake them for every training camp, and from special time spent with my family,” said Manning. “It’s exciting to partner with the Nestlé Toll House team to help families, friends, teammates, and others inspire new traditions going forward.”

Starting Wednesday, Nov. 6, anyone can enter for a chance to win a Nestlé Toll House Cookie Nachos Kit with no purchase necessary.

The Manning-approved kit includes chocolate chip cookie dough, three varieties of morsels (semisweet, premier white, and butterscotch), tortilla chip-shaped cookie cutters, and a $25 gift card to purchase the cookie nacho toppings of your choice.
