With that recipe, you can make four arrows (1:4 ratio). So if you wanted to make 100 arrows, for example, you would need 20 Charcoal, Sticks, and Feathers each.

Sticks are extremely easy to acquire, as all you need to do is place a single Plank of any kind in the center of a crafting table. Sticks are also used in the production of bows as well as numerous other early game recipes. Moving on, Charcoal can be crafted by placing a log of any kind into a furnace and pairing it with any fuel source.
