It’s time to get your planner out and set an alarm because the official dates and ticket details for the 2025 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen are finally here.
Taking place from June 20 to 22, this year marks the 42nd year of the landmark, three-day culinary event. And, as always, the lineup of talent is as star-studded as ever. Celebrity chefs and personalities, including Padma Lakshmi, Kristen Kish, Tyler Florence, Carla Hall, Stephanie Izard, Maneet Chauhan, Tiffany Derry, Claudette Zepeda, Martin Yan, Andrew Zimmern, and the winner of Top Chef Season 22 are set to give attendees a taste of their expertise through culinary demonstrations and panel discussions.
Drinks aficionados are equally in luck. Wine and spirits experts — such as Food & Wine’s very own Ray Isle, Bobby Stuckey, Carlin Karr, Monica Samuels, June Rodil, Mark Oldman, Anne Becerra, Wanda Mann, Amanda McCrossin, Sabato Sagaria, Prairie Rose, Gary Obligacion, Anthony Giglio, Miles White, Femi Oyediran, and Julia Coney — will be sharing their insights at world-class wine tastings and educational seminars. Suffice it to say that if you have a question about cooking or wine tasting, you’ll most definitely find an answer at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.
But that’s not all. The weekend will, of course, feature the legendary Grand Tasting Pavillion at the center of town, where more than 150 winemakers, distillers, and food professionals will be holding court and sharing their creations. Participants can sample wine, try cutting-edge food products, enjoy gourmet bites from renowned chefs, and mingle with their favorite food personalities. To cap it all off, evening events, dinners, and parties will provide a delicious finishing touch to each day.
“We spend 12 months of the year thinking of ways to surprise and delight our guests at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen through unique culinary experiences, world-class chefs and wine experts, educational seminars and tastings, and new ways for participants to discover the biggest culinary trends and innovations,” said Food & Wine Editor in Chief Hunter Lewis. “The 2025 event promises to be another unforgettable party, and we are beyond excited to have so many of our favorite presenters joining us again alongside some new faces.”
As part of the festivities, the Food & Wine Classic, which has been the preeminent food festival in the United States for decades, will also be making charitable donations to two of its nonprofit partners: Southern Smoke Foundation, which supports food and beverage workers through emergency relief funds and mental health resources, and No Kid Hungry, an organization working to eliminate child hunger in the United States.
Tickets will go on sale starting at 12 p.m. ET on January 22 — and you can snag some as soon as they’re live at classic.foodandwine.com.
