Häagen-Dazs Is Releasing 2 Brand-New Ice Cream Products

With the holidays behind us and the promise of another two months of winter ahead, mid-January always feels like a weird limbo of sorts. I, for one, can never figure out which sweet treat I’m craving. Holiday fatigue means all things peppermint, pumpkin, and gingerbread are off the table and treats like cookies and pie just aren’t as satisfying, considering I’ve had my fill of them in December.

And because it’s so cold, ice cream doesn’t even cross my mind, but according to social media, maybe it’s time to reconsider. Even though it’s peak winter, that hasn’t stopped fans from whispering about potential new ice cream drops. The latest buzz? Häagen-Dazs, the maker of our team’s favorite mint chip ice cream and favorite chocolate ice cream, has big plans for a bunch of new flavors this year—perhaps ice cream is the perfect winter treat, after all.

New Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Bars Coming Soon

According to a post by Instagram’s @CandyHunting, Häagen-Dazs will be rolling out 10 new ice cream products in 2025, with the first items set to hit shelves later this month. While Häagen-Dazs has yet to officially announce when each product will be released, Allrecipes can confirm that the first products to reach stores will be an all-new Salted Caramel Macadamia Ice Cream Bar and a New York Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Bar.

We’re all familiar with Häagen-Dazs’ fan-favorite salted caramel and macadamia nut brittle ice cream flavors, so we’re excited about the two coming together for this new item. The Salted Caramel Macadamia Ice Cream Bar features sweet cream ice cream laced with caramel sauce and dipped in a milk chocolate and macadamia nut coating.

While the Salted Caramel Macadamia is a new flavor for the brand, the second bar is a riff on its New York Strawberry Cheesecake, which is already part of its lineup of ice cream pints. It features cheesecake ice cream swirled with strawberry sauce and dipped in a white chocolate and graham cracker coating. The pint version has already won one fan over, who said it’s “hands down the best ice cream I have ever had in my 32 years of living.” If the new bars are anywhere just as good, then we’re fully on board.
