So, no one told you your breakfast was going to be this way: inspired by the cult-favorite show “Friends.” As we reflect on the show’s 30 years, we’re reminded of how many iconic quotes and moments came from the 10 hilarious seasons.

Despite the show ending 20 years ago, “Friends” has remained a comforting watch for many of its fans and even continues to garner new enthusiasts every year. So, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of “Friends” this year, many brands have been releasing new products to pay tribute to the beloved show.

McDonald’s recently launched a “Friends”-themed Happy Meal in Spain, Max announced a new competition show, “Fast Friends,” filmed entirely in The “Friends” Experience: The One in New York, and even Hallmark released a new anniversary ornament that lights up and plays sound bites from the show. Now, General Mills is getting in on the action with an all-new “Friends”-inspired breakfast cereal. I know! Oh. My. God. Right?

General Mills Launching New “Friends”-Themed Cereal

General Mills is releasing a new “Friends” The One With The Vanilla Bean Latte cereal flavor, as reported by snack account @snachwithzach on Instagram. The sweet vanilla and coffee-flavored whole wheat and corn flake cereal pays homage to the friends’ love for Central Perk and its cozy coffee shop vibes. You won’t get to hear Phoebe belting out “Smelly Cat” while you enjoy your bowl of cereal, but this might be as close as you get to that orange couch in the fictional coffeehouse.

General Mills confirmed that the nostalgic cereal will hit retailer shelves sometime in December. So, in between baking holiday cookies from “Nestlé Toulouse” and trying to perfect Rachel’s trifle—beef sautéed with peas and onions included—you can have a taste of Central Perk.

The fan-favorite cereal brand has been on a roll with its collabs this year—most notably teaming up with brothers Jason and Travis Kelce for their Kelce Mix cereal, which is a mixture of their three favorites, Reese’s Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Lucky Charms, all in one box.

However, this “Friends” partnership seems to be years in the making after Joey enjoyed a bowl of Cocoa Puffs in a season eight episode. We know that Joey doesn’t share food, but with a box of cereal this exciting, we can understand why.
