Haunted Heist

Deadline reports Andrew ‘King Bach’ Bachelor, Karlous Miller, Brett Gelman, Ari Dayan, Tony Baker and Tara Terry have joined the cast of Haunted Heist in undisclosed roles.

Scream 7

Matthew Lillard admitted he’s “slightly terrified” to return for Scream 7 in a recent interview with People Magazine.

I will say, I can’t say anything about it, obviously. But I am very excited and slightly terrified to be back because all I can do is really screw up a legacy that we have. I could really suck, and so that’s my fear. My fear is that I come back and sort of punish something that I could never have touched and been just fine. I hope I don’t f’ it up for everyone.


The Running Man

Production has officially wrapped on Edgar Wright’s remake of The Running Man.

Until Dawn

David F. Sandberg showed off how Applied Arts FX Studio were able to practically achieve the effect of a worm burrowing inside a character’s cheek in his new time loop slasher, Until Dawn.


Iron Fist

Speaking with Comic Book Movie, Finn Jones stated he’s eager to return to the MCU and “prove people wrong” about his polarizing take on Iron Fist.

I’m very aware of the critiques of the character and my role in it. My response to that is ‘give me a f*cking chance, man. I’m here and I’m ready, and I wanna prove people wrong.

Showrunner Eric Kripke offered an update on Twitter, saying that the final season is half way through filming.

Lazarus

Finally, Adult Swim has released a clip from Cowboy Bebop creator Shinichirō Watanabe’s new anime series, Lazarus, premiering this Saturday on Adult Swim. Set in 2052, the story concerns a five-member task force assembled to create a second vaccine for a previous “miracle drug” with a three-year half-life before it kills everyone who took it.
