I am picky about nonstick pans. I’m hyper-conscious of PFAs and other potentially toxic ingredients, and I’m just as concerned with functionality — nothing enrages me quite like a pancake stuck to my cookware. It’s durable, long-lasting, and has a sturdy handle that’s easy to hold and maneuver over the stove.

However, if you’re more interested in baking than sautéeing, the good news is it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees and includes a pressed forged aluminum lid. The 5.5-quart capacity also makes it large enough for a range of dishes You can prepare eggs, sear meat, brown ground beef, whip up a one-pot pasta dish, the list goes on. The pan’s construction offers fast and even heating, so you don’t have to worry about inconsistency.
