Dolly Parton’s Lodge Cast Iron Skillets Are Finally on Sale

Nothing compares to waking up to the sound of sizzling bacon on the stove and the smell of my grandma’s fluffy buttermilk biscuits in the oven on a Saturday morning. In just about every Southern kitchen, you’ll find an array of cast iron skillets. Lodge 10-Inch Dolly Parton Cast Iron Skillet

The 10-inch cast iron skillet’s intricate design is a tribute to Parton’s songwriting roots, featuring a side profile view of her looking at a butterfly. Fans might want to simply hang it on the wall or display it in a dining hutch as a collector’s item, but it’s most certainly just as functional in the kitchen as other Lodge cast iron skillets. 

It is pre-seasoned with 100 percent vegetable oil and can be used in the oven for baking, on the stove to sear or fry, and on the grill. Although cast iron cookware heats up slowly, it holds heat for a long period of time and is suitable for a wide range of recipes, including pies, seared steaks, roasted vegetables, and so much more.
