Looking for a refreshing beverage? CosMc’s has six.

On Thursday, CosMc’s, the new beverage concept that’s part of the McDonald’s universe, announced it’s launching six new beverages that it says will “send your taste buds into orbit.”

Before we get into the drinks, here’s a little refresher on what exactly CosMc’s is and what it serves.

As Food & Wine previously explained, in 2023, Chris Kempczinski, the CEO of McDonald’s, shared on an earnings call that the company was preparing to launch a spin-off restaurant that was named after a minor character in the McDonald’s universe (an ’80s alien-robot for those fans who aren’t aware of the deep cuts). It opened the first “small-format concept with all the DNA of McDonald’s” later that year in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

“CosMc’s seamlessly blends brand-new, otherworldly beverage creations with a small lineup of food, including a select few McDonald’s favorites — all designed to boost your mood into the stratosphere, if only for a few moments,” McDonald’s said in a statement at the time.

The brand’s menu includes plenty of coffee drinks, “galactic boosts,” juices, sodas, lemonades, and small sandwiches and bites. And now, it includes a few new caffeinated ways to start your day too.

The new drinks include the Sea Salted Caramelactic Shaken Espresso, which is exactly as the name describes, along with “a galactic cloud of oat milk foam,” along with a new Oat & Honey Latte, made with espresso, oat milk, and honey flavors.

Next is the French Toast Galaxy Iced Latte, made with espresso, sweet maple, and cinnamon, and the Coconaut Cold Brew, made with cold brew, coconut vanilla flavors, and finished with cold foam.

Finally, there’s the Pistachio Swirl Shaken Espresso, with espresso with pistachio flavors and oat milk foam, and the Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte, created with matcha that’s shaken with vanilla flavors, served over ice and finished with cold foam. McDonald’s described it as if it “looks like it came from outer space. Tastes like it’s in a universe all its own.”

The new beverages are launching at all CosMc’s locations now and can be ordered online, in the app, or in person where available.
