Usually E. coli infections present a mild illness, but for young children and those with compromised immune systems, it can be more dangerous and lead to hospitalization. Common symptoms include stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and low-grade fever. If you’re experiencing any of these signs after eating one of the above recalled vegetable products, talk to your health care provider.
