Breyers Has an All-New Ice Cream That Tastes Like a Good Humor Favorite

When you think of your ice cream truck favorite, Good Humor bars likely come to mind immediately. The frozen treats are synonymous with the neighborhood truck driving through with its tinkling music. From the Creamsicle and the Cookies & Creme to the fan-loved Candy Center—which made its return to Walmart stores in 2024 and will hit more retailers this year—the brand has something for everyone.

Despite offering six varieties, one Good Humor bar in particular stands above the rest: the sweet and fruity Strawberry Shortcake Bar. This beloved treat features vanilla ice cream with a strawberry core and signature strawberry shortcake coating and is a winner at both the ice cream truck and grocery store.

Since fans can’t get enough of Good Humor’s Strawberry Shortcake Bar, the Unilever-owned company is teaming up with one of its sister brands to bring Strawberry Shortcake Bar-flavored ice cream to life.

New Breyers x Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream

This year, Breyers is releasing a new Breyers x Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake Tub that combines Breyers’ creamy vanilla ice cream with Good Humor’s cake crumbles.

The new Breyers Strawberry Shortcake flavor features bright strawberry ice cream swirled with its signature vanilla ice cream and filled with Good Humor cake crumbles, giving you the best of both desserts in one container.

The new Good Humor x Breyers collection is hitting retailer shelves nationwide this month, along with some of Breyers’ other creations. In 2025, the brand is releasing a new Campfire Collection in partnership with Hershey’s, which includes S’mores Ice Cream, S’mores Bars, and S’mores Sandwiches, all made with real Hershey’s chocolate. Additionally, Breyers is adding to its Carb Smart and Non-Dairy lines with Carb Smart Strawberry Bars, Carb Smart Rocky Road, and Non-Dairy Chocolate.

Good Humor isn’t stopping with this partnership, either, as the brand is releasing three new products of its own, including Chemisse Coconut and Pineapple, Coconut and Strawberry, and Holanda Solero Lime. Plus, Good Humor’s Strawberry Shortcake Bars are also headed to the Klondike collection with the new Strawberry Shortcake Klondike Cones.
