Bleach has been better than ever since it returned to the anime airwaves, and ahead of the revival’s upcoming third season, preorders for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 are now live. Releasing on October 22, the second part of the resurrected series will be available in two formats, a standard Blu-ray release and a limited edition, both of which are available to preorder at Amazon. Part 1 released on Blu-ray earlier this year with a matching limited edition.

While it is pricier, the limited edition does come with an art book full of stylish illustrations. Currently available for $78, this will very likely be reduced closer to release, as Amazon’s price for the limited edition is higher than the list price at Crunchyroll. Meanwhile, the standard edition is actually seven bucks less than list price at Amazon.
Amazon offers a best-price guarantee, and you won’t be charged until your order ships. Placing your preorder early ensures you’ll get a copy and that you’ll get to take advantage of any limited-time discounts Amazon offers before launch.
Both the standard and limited-edition of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 come with the same on-disc extras, as you’re getting all 13 episodes, the Tatsuya Kitani music video by Eien, promotional videos, trailers, and clean credit sequences.
The second part of this Bleach arc contains some gnarly battles as Yhwach, the father of all Quincies, leads an all-out assault on the Soul King’s palace. Facing the cream of the Soul Reaper crop, these episodes have killer fights, slick animation, and cool characters to root for.
If you haven’t seen of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 1 yet, the standard and limited-edition versions of its Blu-ray release are discounted at Amazon. The limited edition features similar extras, as you’re getting a 72-page book full of concept art and promotional images alongside digital content like clean credit sequences, promotional videos, Ichigo Explains shorts, and a recording of the 2023 Anime Expo Panel focused on the Bleach revival.

You also can’t go wrong with the original manga source material, as you can buy them in bulk and get a great discount. There are 74 volumes split across three bundle collections, and they’ll look quite fetching on a shelf when you have them all assembled.
If you’re looking to add to your anime collection sooner than October, Berserk’s Golden Age Arc arrives on Blu-ray later this month. You can preorder the collection of Berserk films now for $20 off.
