On the Galaxy Watch 6’s large display, you can keep track of your workouts with fitness tracking that provides insights on calories burned, duration and distance. At the same time, the smartwatch will use your personalized heart rate zones to assist you in achieving your goals and maintaining your heart rate (it will also alert you if it detects an irregular rhythm). It will even recognize when you are doing exercises like running and swimming, plus tracks over 90 other types of activities.

You can also use the smartwatch’s Advanced Sleep Coaching to track your sleep and its stages. It will alert you if it detects snoring, which could be a sign of sleep apnea.
For ease of use, the Galaxy Watch 6 can connect with your other Galaxy devices, allowing you to text, make calls, play music and more. Right now, Amazon has the 40mm in graphite (black) for $140, and the same shade along with silver in 44mm for $160. If you’d prefer a different color, Best Buy has the 40mm in cream (light gold) for $150.

This is the lowest price of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 that we have seen in 2024 on Amazon. Although the Galaxy Watch 7 has some new and improved features, you truly can’t beat the Watch 6 for less than half the price right now — especially if you’re simply looking for a standout health tracker.
In previous years, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 dropped to $140 for Black Friday, but this year, we get the Galaxy Watch 6 instead. This deal gives us more than double the brightness and durability, a larger screen in the same frame, a bigger battery and a newer processor. Sure, the Galaxy Watch 7 is on sale too, but the Galaxy Watch 6 is still one of the best smartwatches around, especially at this price. Additionally, if you eventually decide to upgrade to the latest and greatest, you can trade in the Watch 6 for $150 off a Galaxy Watch 7 (or $200 off a Galaxy Watch Ultra).
