The Galaxy Ring helps keep track of your sleep, energy and activity. The Galaxy Ring is IP68-rated water resistant, but it shouldn’t be used for high-pressure water activities or diving. You can still use it when you’re swimming. The battery can last up to seven days on a single charge, but that varies by both size and usage. Just 30 minutes should get you to a charge of 40%.
