Baskin-Robbins Is Introducing Its Coziest Flavor of the Month Yet

Baskin-Robbins has 31 flavors available on a given day, but since 1945, the research and development team has created more than 1,400 different crave-worthy ice cream flavors. 2024 was unusually stacked with great new options in the form of the brand’s Flavor of the Month. The year started on a high note with Peanut Butter Blossom, quickly followed by February’s Love Potion #31, a chocolate-and-raspberry concoction. 

Other greatest hits throughout 2024 included Mexican Chocolate Brownie with its slaps of cinnamon and cayenne pepper, floral Marigold Dreamsicle, the return of salted-vanilla-based Beach Day, and even the candy bar collaboration Twix Caramel Crunch in November.

Baskin-Robbins’ Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream

For January 2025, Baskin-Robbins is embracing hygge with the coziest frozen treat we can dream up. This year’s first Flavor of the Month is Cinnamon Roll. The cinnamon roll-flavored ice cream, which is made with real cinnamon, is studded with dough pieces and squiggled with gooey cinnamon cream-cheese-flavored swirls. 

The new ice cream flavor isn’t the only new thing coming this month. The chain is also introducing Baskin-Robbins Rewards, a new loyalty program that will help fans save money when they order their favorite treats.
