Baked Brie in Puff Pastry Recipe

This is good, but I think it’s missing a layer of flavor. The puff pastry baked up nicely, but the cheese flavor was very neutral. I drizzled some honey on the almonds before adding the top layer of brie, but I could see adding either some herbs for some savoriness or a layer of sweet preserves such as apricot or fig to brighten the flavor. I bumped up the temp at the end because it wasn’t golden brown. Next time, I’ll try baking at 375ºF. Certainly is quick to put together and has nice presentation.
