If you’re working on a grocery list for your next trip to Sam’s Club, there’s plenty to consider. Maybe you’ll want to grab some cups of yogurt for an easy lunchbox snack or pick up some coffee to get your mornings started with a jolt. Either way, you’re in for good news this month, because the Sam’s Club Instant savings book is on your side.
From August 28 through September 22, you can scoop up deals on plenty of early fall essentials, from healthy snacks to delicious drinks. Make each morning a little tastier with $1.50 off packs of Godshall’s turkey bacon or savor the end of grilling season with $2 off Amylu chicken burgers. There are even great deals on freezer staples, ultra-helpful appliances and nifty kitchen storage. We’ve rounded up eight of our favorite deals to look out for, so get your pen ready—grocery list writing just got a lot easier.
Tyson White Meat Chicken Nuggets
As the school year kicks into high gear and your days get busier, keeping some frozen nuggets on hand is super convenient. Have a full-on comfort meal with our Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries or Copycat Five Guys Oven-Baked Cajun Fries, or toss the nugs with some greens for a Chicken Nugget Salad. Either way, you’ve got dinner on the table in a matter of minutes. Grab a 5-pound bag on your next Sam’s Club run and save $2 while the sale runs.
Babybel Cheese
Whether you need a little extra protein at snack time, a fun side for your packed lunch or something pre-portioned that you can toss into your bag before you walk out the door, these little cheeses are here for you. Eat them on their own or pair them with fruits and veggies for a light lunch, like our Clean-Eating Bento Box Lunch. Pick up a 26-count bag of mini Babybel cheeses at $3 off their regular price—you can even have your choice between 26 original cheeses and a variety pack of sharp original, Monterey Jack and white Cheddar.
Starbucks K-Cups and Nespresso Capsules
Some deals this fall are exclusively available online, and that includes the deal on Starbucks-branded Nespresso pods. Boxes of 60 pods—suitable only for machines from the original Nespresso line, not Vertuo machines—are marked down $7. Each variety pack includes 20 classic espresso pods, 20 blonde espresso pods, 10 Pike Place roast pods and 10 single-origin Colombian pods. And if you’re looking for a little coffee inspiration, you could use one of those espresso pods to make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte to welcome the autumn season.
But if you prefer to shop in-store, you can still find a deal on Starbucks K-Cups for your trusty Keurig machine. Each box of 72 cups is marked down by $8, with boxes of Pike Place roast, single-origin Sumatra, French roast, Veranda blend blonde roast and decaffeinated medium roast available. Though it is possible to overdo it on coffee, studies have shown that a cup of java can have positive impacts on your overall health, so drink up!
Blue Diamond Almonds
It’s never a bad idea to keep some almonds around. Whether you toss them into a snack mix, a salad, some granola or, heck, right into your mouth, almonds are a great source of essential nutrients. Starting this month, you can save $3.25 on 40-ounce bags of whole almonds, whether you choose lightly salted, smokehouse, ranch-flavored or plain nuts. Pick up the plain variety and you could even season them yourself, like we do with our Everything-Seasoned Almonds, or add them to a delicious recipe like our five-star Almond Joy-Inspired Energy Balls.
Chobani Flips and Zero-Sugar Yogurt Cups
If you’re trying to add more gut-healthy foods to your routine, Greek yogurt is a great place to start. Thick, creamy Greek yogurt contains probiotics, which can support your digestive system, and it even offers a filling helping of protein. In August and September, you can save $2 on 16-count boxes of Chobani Flips and Chobani’s zero-sugar cups. Each flip includes a flavored yogurt *and* delicious toppings to mix in, and the 16-count variety pack includes flavors like s’mores, cookies and cream, strawberry cheesecake and autumnal pumpkin harvest crisp. The zero-sugar pack includes the strawberry cheesecake, milk and cookies, vanilla and mixed berry flavors.
Member’s Mark 8-Piece Fliplock Pantry Storage Set
This set would make a solid dupe for OXO’s POP containers, and with eight different containers in each set, you’re bound to find a size suitable for storing just about anything. Now marked down to $25, these containers seal with just a press of your hand, and they also feature a handle on the lid for easy toting. Use them to keep critters out of pantry staples like flour, nuts, oats or rice, or keep them out on the counter and fill them with snacks like pretzels or your favorite homemade trail mix.
Ninja Appliances
If you’re in the market for an air fryer, toaster oven or blender, these Ninja deals might just sway you. For those on the hunt for a blender, Sam’s Club is offering $20 off the Ninja Blender Duo iQ, which offers both personal cup blending and pitcher blending, depending on what your recipe requires. Our trusty test kitchen has given positive reviews to Ninja blenders both large and small, so we’re optimistic that this blender duo can get the job done. (We’d recommend breaking it in with something truly delicious, like our Sheet-Pan Tomato Soup or Mango Raspberry Smoothie.)
And for those looking for an air-fryer, the deals get even better. Sam’s Club is offering $30 off the Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 Digital Air Fry Oven and $40 off the Ninja DualZone Air Fryer. The folks in the EatingWell test kitchen have also given positive reviews to Ninja’s toaster oven-style air fryers and standard basket air fryers, so you know the brand is trustworthy. Plus, folks who enjoy a kitchen project may be excited to try out the nifty dehydrator function that comes with Ninja’s oven-style fryer. Whichever air fryer you choose, be sure to christen it with one of our favorite air-fryer recipes. You can put your new contraption to work making everything from restaurant dupes to healthy, packable snacks.
Member’s Mark Carbonated Mineral Water and Sparkling Water
If you love a good dose of fizz to help you stay refreshed during the day, you’ll want to keep an eye out for these new additions to the Sam’s Club lineup. The retailer has launched Member’s Mark carbonated mineral water, which comes in packs of 24 glass bottles for $17.98, as well as Member’s Mark flavored sparkling water, which comes in 24 packs of 17-ounce bottles for $10.68. While the classic mineral water is unflavored, the sparkling water packs include eight bottles each of the watermelon-lime, black raspberry and strawberry lemonade flavors. Whether you use these to stock your home fridge, your picnic cooler or the break room, you know you’ll be staying hydrated with a twist.
