Drinking water throughout the day can help prevent dehydration, support healthy metabolism and increase satiety, helping reduce overall calorie intake.

Hydration needs vary based on individual factors, but most people should aim for at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily, adjusted according to your needs.
