Burger King Is Giving Away Free Cheesy Tots—and So Much More

Fast food brands are going out of their way to keep you eating festive this season with everything from new items to fun swag to great deals. While we’ll be spending our hard-earned wages on great gifts like Arby’s holiday merchandise line and McDonald’s Grinchy new Frozen Hot Chocolate McFlurry, other brands are helping us to save.

At the top of Santa’s “good” list is Burger King. We already love the $5 Your Way Meal that debuted this summer. Earlier in the year, the King bestowed his subjects with free food in both March and September. But for December, he’s going above and beyond.

How to Get Free Burger King Cheesy Tots This Week

First order of business? Join the Royal Perks program. Burger King’s loyalty app is worth having, especially this month. That’s because every single day from now until Dec. 31, the global chain has a deal worth diners’ time.

This week is especially full of deals that we want to grab up. It starts on Sunday, Dec. 15 with free delivery for any purchase over $5. Just imagine the holiday cheer when you and your family don’t have to brave the cold for your Whoppers! On Monday, Dec. 16, Croissan’wiches are only $2 for Royal Perks users.

But for our money (or lack of it), we’re most excited for free Cheesy Tots. On Friday, Dec. 20, Royal Perks members who spend as little as $1 on any item, can get a complimentary 4-piece serving of Cheesy Tots.

The app uses crowns as points earned with loyalty. On Tuesday, Dec. 17, a 4-piece serving of gooey Mozzarella Sticks is down to 250 crowns from its usual rate of 400. The following day is $3.99 Whopper Wednesday, followed by Thursday the 19th’s Digital Exclusive of Melt Meals with Dr. Pepper.

The week wraps up with a drop of new swag on Saturday, Dec. 21. Might we suggest ordering some fun merch for a last-minute gift? Current Royal Perks presents include a BK Village Snack Tray and Whopper-ful Placemats.
