Pillsbury Has New Cinnamon Rolls That Are Even Better Than the Originals

Cinnamon rolls make the perfect special occasion breakfast. They’re great for crowds of all ages and can be prepped overnight to make busy mornings run smoother. Over the years, I’ve made plenty of homemade cinnamon rolls but sometimes it’s nice to grab a store-bought can to make things easier. The premade rolls work great in monkey bread and even make delicious pancakes. Plus, there are so many ways to upgrade a can of cinnamon rolls that you can easily find one that fits the occasion.

Pillsbury just launched Cinnamon Rolls with Now More Cinnamon, delivering an indulgent upgrade from the brand’s beloved Original Cinnamon Roll recipe. While some might feel that the icing is the star of the show, there’s no denying how much hinges on the quality of the cinnamon roll’s filling. Without a rich, balanced filling, the roll can turn out dry and lack flavor, making it taste more closely to sweet bread than a warm spice-filled pastry. 

Pillsbury’s rolls with extra cinnamon ensure that every soft, luscious bite is bursting with cinnamon-sugar flavor. Fans can snag the rolls in 5-count and 8-count cans with their choice of original icing or cream cheese icing.

But cinnamon rolls aren’t the only breakfast favorite getting an upgrade. Pillsbury is also giving its canned biscuits a makeover. The new Grands! Biscuits boast more flaky layers than ever before.
