Estimated read time 2 min read

Jimmy John’s has been delighting fans lately with innovative menu items like the Picklewich and the return of the fan-favorite Pickle Jimmy Chips. Earlier this year, the quick-service sub chain made waves when its fall Pumpkin White Chocolate Cookie sold out in record time. Now, Jimmy John’s is gearing up to spread some holiday cheer with a festive new dessert sure to make sandwich-lovers say “ho-ho-ho.”

Jimmy John’s New Chocolate Peppermint Cookie with Oreo

Starting Nov. 25, Jimmy John’s will debut its holiday seasonal cookie: the Chocolate Peppermint Cookie made with Oreo. This indulgent treat features a rich, dark chocolate base packed with candy cane bits and Oreo cookie pieces, arriving just in time for Dec. 3’s Giving Tuesday and Dec. 4’s National Cookie Day.

Adding even more sweetness to the season, Jimmy John’s is partnering with Oreo to give back. A portion of each holiday cookie sold Dec. 2-8 will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of America through the Jimmy John’s Foundation. Founded in 2021, the foundation aims to equip youth with the decision-making skills and opportunities needed to thrive in adulthood. Proceeds will support the Boys and Girls Clubs of America’s Workforce Readiness initiative, which helps young people prepare for life after high school.

The Chocolate Peppermint Cookie made with Oreo will be available at Jimmy John’s locations nationwide beginning Nov. 25, while supplies last. However, given the popularity of Jimmy John’s seasonal cookies, it’s wise to act fast before they’re gone!

If you can’t snag one of these festive cookies to go with your Ultimate Porker or Spicy East Coast Italian, bring the holiday spirit home with a batch of peppermint-inspired cookies. From Chocolate Chip Peppermint Drop Cookies to Peppermint Mocha Cookie Bars, there are plenty of recipes to satisfy your craving for chocolaty, minty goodness.
