The first season of Andor was some pretty great stuff back in 2021, and stands as one of the best additions to Star Wars in quite some time. Waiting for season two has been long and eventful, but at long last, D23 Brazil let us know when we’ll see Cassian, Luthen, and the rest of the crew: April 22, 2025.
In case you haven’t watched it in a while, last time ended with Cassian becoming radicalized and fully committing himself to being a Rebel alongside Luthen and Mon Mothma. Now that the foundation’s been laid, we’re going to see what that exactly looks like, and how Empire stooges like Dedra and Karn react to his exploits.

Andor’s first season was spread over about a year of Cassian’s life, but this time, each three-episode arc will encompass an individual year, up until we get to where we meet Cassian in 2016’s Rogue One. In that time, we’ll see him meet some old friends, learn how the disparate anti-Empire forces converge into a single Rebellion and the structure of the Empire as it prepares to fully unveil the Death Star…which Cassian unknowingly had a hand in building back when he was in prison.
Andor returns to Disney+ with its second and final season on April 22, 2025. Good a time as any to start a rewatch.
