Sweet-n-Sour Kielbasa Recipe

Estimated read time 1 min read

  1. Stir sausage, chili sauce, red currant jelly, water, and red pepper flakes together in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low, at least 4 hours, stirring once every hour.

Cook’s Note:

This is a no-fail crowd pleaser! I’ve been making this for years (thanks mom). The longer the kielbasa “stews” the better; however I would recommend switching your slow cooker to Warm after 6 hours. I’ve tasted it after an entire day in the slow cooker and it still rocks! You can’t go wrong.
