This post is part of our ‘Monthly Obsessions’ series, where we ask our writers and editors what products they’ve added to their kitchen that they now can’t imagine living without.

As Food & Wine shopping editors, we take product testing seriously. Each month, we spend hours tinkering with the latest and greatest cookware, appliances, tools, and beyond. In August, there were a few notable products that stood out so much we can’t stop raving about them to our friends, family, and readers.

Below, our writers and editors share the August finds they love most, and some of their picks might surprise you. Read on to shop our recent Obsessions, including a chic pizza oven collab, the ultimate summer tote, and a tomato-scented room spray.

August Editor Obsessions

Cuisinart Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl with Lid

Amazon

“A voluminous lidded stainless steel mixing bowl is my MVP this month: It’s a one-bowl mix-and-serve solution for shaking up a cucumber salad, buttering popcorn, and tossing noodles in sauce or dressing.” – Karen Shimizu, Executive Editor

Hedley & Bennett x Gozney Arc XL

Gozney

“Recently, home pizza oven giant Gozney and vibrant apron and kitchen gear brand Hedley & Bennett released a pretty neat collaboration. The drop included hats, pizza peels, and aprons, naturally, but it also included three stunning, limited colors of Gozney’s popular Arc XL oven. I’ve been testing out the ‘sunset’ color — it’s beautiful to look at and creates pizzas that are equally gorgeous (and tasty). If you’re a fan of both brands, this is a pretty rad release that shouldn’t be missed.” – Adam Rothbarth, Commerce Writer

Masienda Pura Macha Salsa

Masienda

“I can barely eat anything without putting at least two or three different condiments on it, and at least one of them is always spicy. (Hopefully this is not an indication of my taste buds starting to fail.) My current favorite spicy condiments are Masienda’s new line of macha salsas, which are absolutely delicious and actually somewhat spicy—a relief in a world of disappointing hot sauces. All three flavors are great (I recommend just getting the trio), but the “Red Eye” is definitely the punchiest and most flavorful, with chipotles, peanuts, (decaf) coffee, and other intense flavors. So tasty.” – Adam Rothbarth

Made In CeramiClad Nonstick Frying Pan, 10-Inch

Made In

“Made In just launched its first ceramic pan, and I am absolutely loving it. I opted for the 10-inch pan, which has been perfect for making fried and scrambled eggs, sautéing onions and garlic, making breakfast tacos, sauteeing lemon and garlic shrimp, and more. Not only is the pan lightweight to hold, but food slides right out of it, and it’s really easy to clean — no intense scrubbing needed. I love the cream color, too.” – Phoebe Sklansky, Senior Commerce Editor

Cloudy Bay Summer Tote Bundle

Reserve Bar

“This would be the perfect end-of-summer gift or accompaniment to your Labor Day weekend plans. I’ve been loving this tote bag for bringing snacks to the park and hauling my groceries home from the store. It has two dedicated wine bottle pockets plus another pocket for organizing smaller belongings (like a wine opener). My favorite part is the wipe-clean exterior, which made it super easy for me to wipe off any grass it picked up in the park. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that this bag comes with a bottle of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.” – Phoebe Sklansky

Sunday Night Dark Chocolate + Sea Salt Sauce

Sunday Night

“I tried all four flavors, and my favorite has to be the dark chocolate with sea salt. It’s super decadent and rich without being overly sweet. I ate it straight from the jar with a spoon!” – Liv Dansky, Commerce Writer

Created 24-Ounce Cold Cup

Created

“I’ve been looking for a large water bottle that’s easy to sip from for a while now, and this one ticks all the boxes. I’m very bad at refilling my water bottle when it runs out of water, so I love that this holds 24 ounces because I don’t have to refill it as often.” – Liv Dansky

Malin + Goetz Tomato Home Spray

Malin + Goetz

“I’ve been obsessed with Malin + Goetz’s tomato candle for years, so I was excited to hear the brand was coming out with a tomato home spray. Unlike most fragrances, this spray neutralizes cooking odors while keeping my kitchen smelling fresh. A single spritz infuses my space with an herbaceous, summery tomato scent that lasts for hours.” – Katie Brown, Commerce Writer

Bacha Coffee Individually-Wrapped Pour-Over Bags – Sweet Mexico

Amazon

“These individually wrapped pour-over coffee bags come in handy on slow Sunday mornings, weekend camping trips, or afternoons when just want to make a quick cup to take on the go. The bags each come with built-in coffee filters, so all I need is a mug and some hot water.” – Katie Brown

Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat

Amazon

“Fall is right around the corner, which signals baking season and many, many cookies in my future. To get through it all without purchasing multiple rolls of parchment paper, I’ve bought a Silpat baking mat. It’s a silicone sheet that’s reinforced with fiberglass mesh, which not only helps my cookies bake more evenly but withstands thousands of uses before needing to be replaced.” – Dillon Evans, Updates Writer

Jacobsen Salt Co. x Oishii Infused Koyo Berry Salt

Jacobsen Salt

“This Jacobsen Salt Co strawberry salt is the perfect way to kiss summer goodbye. It tastes like strawberries at the beach, with a salty punch from the brand’s pure Oregon sea salt, all coated in the best Oishii berry fruity-ness. There’s a slight hint of sweetness, but, rest-assured, this is a salt through and through. There are so many ways to use it, but it’s great over burrata, cookies, ice cream, and so many other ways. It sold out upon first drop, but you can finally get your hands on a jar right now. I don’t think it’ll last long, so if you’re reading this and it’s available, hurry!” – Kristin Montemarano, Commerce Writer

Westbourne 100% Pure Avocado Oil

West Bourne

“I’ve been reaching for this avocado oil for any type of high heat cooking, but especially for sautéing veggies and roasting chicken. This oil has a nice neutral flavor and high smoke point, so I can crank the heat on my stovetop and crisp up potatoes to give them a nice crust without completely scorching them. I’ll be using this in place of butter for just about everything I want to make crispy this fall.” – Danielle St. Pierre, Senior Commerce Editor
