Capri Sun 100% Juice Pouches

$4.20 off 40-count 6 fl. oz. pouches variety pack, limit 5

Though Capri Sun has historically been a fruit-flavored, sugar-sweetened drink with a little bit of juice added, these new pouches are 100% juice pouches and have no added sugar. Made with real fruit juices, Capri Sun 100% Juice Pouches provide vitamins, minerals and energy our bodies need to thrive. Plus, they pack easily in a lunchbox. Parent—and kid—win!

Pure Organic Layered Fruit Bars

$4 off 28-count variety pack, limit 6

Let’s face it. While it’s best to nosh on whole fruit when you can thanks to its fiber content, sometimes packing fresh fruit or fruit cups to go doesn’t work. By the time you go to eat it, it’s all bruised up or too difficult to eat with juices running all over the place. And whole fruits can be difficult for school-age children to eat with their limited lunch time. Enter Pure Organic Layered Fruit Bars. These vegan packable all-fruit bars are made with 100% fruit puree and juice and are the perfect size for lunchboxes, backpacks and small hands. Plus they’re nut-, dairy-, soy- and gluten-free.

Unreal Dark Chocolate Coconut Minis

$3.30 off 15.3 oz. package, limit 10

If you’ve been a faithful EatingWell reader, you might recognize this item. I wrote about Unreal candies in May 2024 and how amazing I think they are. Unreal candies have a fraction of the added sugar of regular candy, plus they use natural ingredients to flavor and color their products. In that piece, I compared the ingredients for the Unreal Dark Chocolate Coconut Minis to their name-brand competitor. They’re chockful of coconut that’s draped in just the right amount of rich dark chocolate. And because Unreal doesn’t use the wax that makes chocolate shiny, all you get is real chocolate without the waxy build-up. I also love how these are the perfect two-bite size—just right for my afternoon dark chocolate moment. If you like chocolate and coconut, I think you’ll love these, too.

Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic

$3.80 off 6-count box, 8.5 oz pouches

I am a huge fan of Seeds of Change rice and whole-grain pouches—and their Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic is one of my favorites for my lunchtime rice bowls. One cup of this rice mix provides 5 grams of filling, gut-friendly fiber and 5 grams of plant-based protein. These pouches make for a quick, easy meal. Just add whatever veggies you have on hand plus a protein, like tuna, beans or chicken, and you’ve got yourself a complete meal in a bowl. I love including a little bit of fruit—like mandarin oranges or grapes—for a bit of sweetness, and slivered almonds for a little crunch to complete the bowl. Or pair this quinoa and rice packet with our next top pick—Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers.

Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers

$4 off 4.2 lb bags

Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers are one of the top 12 items that EatingWell’s Associate Editorial Director, Carolyn Malcoun, always buys at Costco. They’re filled with tender, juicy chicken, cabbage and green onion and seasoned with warm ginger, garlic and sesame seed oil. They come with a traditional soy sauce-based dipping sauce—or you could make your own Honey-Soy-Ginger Glaze, which would be amazing with these dumplings! They’re also easy to make—pan fry for a crispy bottom (my favorite!) or boil. Either way, they’re ready in as little as five minutes. Serve these potstickers with the Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic and some Moo Shu-Style Vegetables and you’ve got yourself a complete meal.

Chobani Less Sugar Greek Yogurt

$4.50 off 16-count variety pack, limit 8

Not only does Greek yogurt pack well (with an ice pack), but it’s also a great source of protein, calcium and probiotics. And in this case, it also has about half the amount of added sugar compared to traditional flavored yogurt. Some lower-sugar yogurts replace the added sugar with sugar substitutes—but not Chobani Less Sugar Greek Yogurt. They simply reduce the amount of added sugar and infuse fruit puree throughout it for a little bit of natural sweetness. This would be great in smoothies or smoothie bowls—or simply eat as is.

Perfect Bar Organic Protein Bar

$6 off 12-count variety pack, limit 10

Looking for a protein bar that has a simple ingredients list? Look no further! The Perfect Bar Organic Protein Bar provides well-rounded on-the-go nutrition. Depending on the flavor, the protein in these bars comes from nut butters, nonfat dry milk, rice protein and/or dried egg powder. Each bar is sweetened with cane sugar, maple syrup and/or honey, providing quick energy if you’re in a mid-afternoon slump or getting ready for a workout. With that said, one full-sized bar provides about one-quarter of your day’s added sugar, so aim to stick to one bar. These protein bars also contain heart-healthy fats, like flaxseed oil and olive oil, as well as gut-friendly fiber. To add more nutrients, these bars have dried whole food powder that contains a variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs—like kale, spinach, orange, apple, carrot and rose hips (to name a few). It’s important to note that these bars need to be refrigerated, so pack these with an ice pack.

Kevin’s Paleo Thai-Style Coconut Chicken

$3.50 off 32 oz. package

I was recently introduced to Kevin’s Natural Foods meals and products and I’ve got to say—I’m a big fan! Kevin’s are gluten-, soy- and dairy-free. The meals come mostly ready-to-eat with minimal prep time and are ready in less than 15 minutes—perfect for busy back-to-school weeknights. The meat used in the meals is cooked via sous-vide, which creates an amazingly tender, juicy end product. The Paleo Thai-Style Coconut Chicken is made with chicken breast tenders in a rich and creamy, yet light, curry sauce made with coconut milk, basil and spices with just the right amount of heat. You could serve this over the Seeds of Change quinoa and rice packets, as well, with a side of Spicy Stir-Fried String Beans.
