We can’t forget when Mark S.’s eccentric neighbor, “Mrs. Selvig,” dropped off homemade chamomile cookies in his kitchen. Of course, we later learned that this unassuming friend was actually Harmony Cobel, the mid-tier manager who oversaw all “innie” employee activities on the severed floor.

Perhaps one of the most unnerving moments of the second season comes after Irving B.’s sudden dismissal at the company retreat. Mark, Dylan, and Helly convince upper management to hold a stiff memorial service in his honor — and in true Kier fashion, the refreshments are nothing less than sinister. That melon (arriving in the form of Irving’s head) wouldn’t be possible without the precise cut of razor-sharp knives and a melon baller, which helps to achieve those unsettlingly spherical melon balls.
