Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Fry Pan
I’ve owned my Le Creuset cast iron fry pan for 15 years, and I love it so much that it may be time to get another now that it’s on sale. My family uses it near-daily to fry bacon and eggs, make pancakes, saute veggies, and reheat leftovers. (I’m not a microwave fan.) The natural nonstick nature of this seasoned pan seems to get better with age and requires only a quick wipe with soap and water for easy cleanup. This pan is beyond rugged and built with superior heat retention that will last a lifetime. It easily segues from stovetop to oven and back again without missing a beat.
Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Skinny Grill
When it’s cold outside, convert your indoor range to a barbeque grill with Le Creuset’s cast iron grill pan. Just like an outdoor grill, this pan has high ridges that sear food with grill marks, allowing any drippings to fall below. It sits over just a single burner yet distributes heat evenly for grilling veggies, steak, seafood, and more. Once you’re done, this grill pan can transfer directly to heat pads on the table, as the colorful porcelain exterior elevates any presentation. It is dishwasher-safe and can also be used directly on an outdoor grill over an open flame.
Best Williams Sonoma Kitchen Tool and Gadget Deals
Kitchen tools have a tendency to break or go missing after you’ve hosted a large group for the holidays. So, we scoured William Sonoma’s clearance page for the most useful of the bunch. If you’re on a mission to replace your black plastic utensils, you should pick up a 3-piece set of stainless steel whisks, this fish spatula, or this $15 spoon. Plus, we found a comprehensive sous vide set for just $45 to uplevel your cooking.

Williams Sonoma Sous Vide Ultimate Set
Slow-cooking meat, fish, or poultry using the sous vide method yields nothing less than delicious results. Cooking your protein this way (in a vacuum-sealed bag dipped in a water bath) allows for precise temperature control and retains flavor and tenderness. But you can’t do this if you don’t own the right tools, so we recommend grabbing this kit while it’s on sale. The set comes with 10 bags, a hand pump, a rack, and two clips. The rack adjusts to most traditional stockpots, and the clips secure the bag to the rack while cooking. Bonus: The bags are hand-washable and reusable, too.
Williams Sonoma Seafood Forks, Set of 4
Crab and lobster night isn’t complete (or even doable) without a good set of seafood forks to get in all the nooks and crannies. These ones have two sharp prongs for spearing shellfish, and the long, slender tines can get into the hard-to-reach portion of the shells, allowing you to stab larger pieces of meat with less cracking. Made of heavy-duty steel with a slip-resistant handle, you can navigate your plate of shellfish with even the messiest of hands. (Just don’t forget to wear your bib!)
